Tengachaya is a historically significant neighborhood where the famous warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi is said to have once enjoyed tea. While preserving the nostalgic charm of the Showa era, it continues to attract attention as a vibrant area with new restaurants and shops opening regularly.


The house is located in a quiet residential area just a 4-minute walk from Tengachaya Station (served by Nankai Line and Osaka Metro). From here, Namba is only 2 stations (5 minutes) away by train, and Kansai International Airport is just 35 minutes without transfers. The Sakaisuji Line offers direct access to major sightseeing spots including Kyoto, Tsutenkaku, and Kuromon Market. You can also reach Yumeshima Station, the site of Expo 2025, in about 35 minutes by train.
